You forgot the Rear or Anterior Deltoid. But I agree. I don’t think there is an “exterior” rotator. The rotator cuff is under the deltoid making it “interior”. I think any change is good. I change my workouts every 12 weeks. The order, the exercises, etc.. Right now Im doing 5 days a week M-F. Sometimes a Sat for any extra needed work. I generally don’t run lol But I have been pushing to walk 2, 5 mile sessions a day on the treadmill. Took an 1hr 40min at first. Today I hit 1hr 19min.
