I notice how much my husband is enjoying me taking over all the cooking responsibility.....π I wonder how much slimmer we will both be by Christmas, seeing as we are both loosing weight together π€..

I've lost 11 1/4 lbs in my first four weeks of being on MFP....that's my first accomplishment....I will update again the end of September...(I have a long way to go)... π

Thank you...congratulations on your weight loss your doing great......I've not long moved house so I gave 75% of my wardrobe away to charity....I kept some special clothes...but mostly will be needing a complete new wardrobe when I finally reach my goal....I maybe (hopefully) will need a new winter coat.π

Not so much what I knew but I'd advise you to read the success stories on this site...they will inspire you to keep going...I have (5st total) 4 & 1/2 stone I want to get off...I've already lost 6 3/4 lb since I started here towards the end of July...it's no quick fix, and I know it's going to get frustrating atβ¦

I find the easiest way to remember to drink my water is the have a glass every time you take a pee...this is a minimum requirement I stick to....but also drink water with meals and all other times when I feel thirsty or hunger (really don't ever feel hungry though)....maybe thats the water...π

I'm not diabetic ....I was told twelve months ago I was possibly borderline....I have been incredibly active since then...right up till a house move and covid lockdown. I'm back at building my activity levels up again now....I will go back to the drs for another blood test once I feel comfortable with being out in publicβ¦

I'm 5ft 6ins tall. My starting weight was 210 lb My current weight is 206 1/5 lb First weeks.loss of 3 1/2 lb My goal weight is 140 lb My.total weight loss will be 70 lb

No scales at theoment due to house move...they are in "a box" somewhere, desparately trying to track them down.......I scan the packets of everything I buy to get the best/closest cal count as I can...scrambled eggs are cooked without anything being added at all...I made the cottage pie from scratch.....so 250g leanβ¦

I may not be eating tins of fruits ...maybe it just feels like I am now I'm committed to the weight loss...I'm obviously eating more than I did before...replacing junk snacks with fruit etc...everything that was set on my diary looks to be within the allowances set by MFP...I'd just feel happier if someone could cast theirβ¦

I will open my diary if you could tell me how.....I am 57 weight at start (31st July) was 210lb now 206.5lb (2nd Aug)my goal is 140lb so 70lb to lose. I walk on average 3 mile's every morning this includes inclines aswell as declines...anything else you need ?
