At the moment, I eat between 4 to 8p.m. My vision, when I reach my target weight (only a few pounds to go) would be to eat from 2 to 8p.m. Can't wait.

I'm 5'3" and if the NHS hadn't recommended my healthy weight, I'm happy to stay where I am. I'm only 6Ibs away from it but 8Ibs from my target weight so I can have a pound or two to play with. Thank you.

Thank you everybody. Much appreciated. I will be patient. I only eat between 4 to 8p.m. When I hit my target weight, I'm planning to start eating between 2 to 8p.m. I don't really log but I'm suspecting I don't eat enough.

I weigh every Friday, never on other days and for the last 3 Fridays, my weight has stayed the same.

Watch my 600Ib Life over and over again. It'll spur you on to lose the weight. I'm only 142Ibs and I watched an episode yesterday. I got up and added salad to my meal.

What nobody tells you about losing weight? That you'd stop snoring, lol. Seriously.

I'm 6 pounds away from my target weight and afterwards, I intend to weigh myself every week so I can quickly catch the odd pound or 2. Start back again and weigh yourself at least weekly. You've done it once and can do it again.

Welcome onboard. Began 20:4 on 3rd August. Losing weight every single week and I eat whatever I want during my window. Love it. If 16:8 don't work, bump up to 20:4. Good luck. Ps. I'm a Londoner (UK)

6 pounds away from my target weight. Took 3 months to lose the weight on 20:4 intermittent fasting.

I started intermittent fasting in August and lost over 15 Ibs so far so it is doable and possible.

I go out cycling 6 days a week (take Sundays off). The only days I don't go out is if it's pouring with rain. Tried cycling in the rain once; not conducive.
