well i have 197 2 months ago so i'm still losing as of now as for weight goal i aint stopping till my chest area has no more fat just skin. so hopefully 175-180

i only cut on carbs on my rest days and eat high carbs on my workout days

yes i do legs chest arms deadlifts XD deadlift: 185 pr 5 reps, bench 165 2 reps, squat 185 5 reps,barbell curl 85 5 reps its hard to tell since i have a lot of fat :pensive: but i do lift 4 times a week and do 30min 5 incline 3 speed walking as my workout finisher 4-5 times a week other than that i intermediate fast 17/7…

i checked if i want to lose .5 pounds per week i can eat 2700 calories if 1pound 2500

i cook with olive oil and add olive oil to my pot of water to cook my veggies and i add it to my quinoa aswell after cooked

these were my calorie intake before i noticed i wasn't going down in scale after 2 weeks so i lowered it by another 200 cause after seasoning i would be having 2200-2300+

i weight lift 4 times a week and walk 5k-6k steps everyday and the rest of the day i'm just laying idown or sitting lol like a lazy f, its hard to know though cause i might be losing fat and gaining muscle i'm sure i still have like 25%+ fat since i have a lot of fat left in my loose skin or more even
