The macros don't make you lose weight. Calories do. If you only have a bit left to lose then 1lbs per week might be too aggressive.6

I'd be surprised if 2020 + exercise cals wasn't a substantial calorie deficit for 6' tall male but you have given no clues about your activity level or age.
BTW - assume you know that you don't have to undercut your calorie goal as your screenshot is showing as your deficit is already accounted for when you selected your rate of weight loss.
With just 10lbs to go you may well want to lose that last bit slowly to make the transition to maintenance at goal weight less of a jump. Congrats on your amazing success so far, that's one hell of an achievement.4 -

i am prob having 2k+ calories after all the seasoning is added, these were my calorie intake before i noticed i wasn't going down in scale after 2 weeks so i lowered it by another 200 cause after seasoning i would be having 2200-2300+

You have too few pounds left to lose to be able to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Set the weight loss to .5 lbs. and remember, losing those last few lbs is going to like watching paint dry.1

"Seasoning?" Mayo and ranch dressing, ketchup and mustard have calories, but "seasoning" i.e. salt, pepper, spices, don't have 200 calories,
I think you need to be eating more, not less.2 -

Okay, that's not "seasoning" that's oil. Measure it and log it. Why would you add it to a boiling pot? You can't measure it that way and it adds nothing to the vegetables.
I still think you need to be eating the recommended 2000 calories at Sedentary, set your Goal to "Lose 1/2 pound per week" add your purposeful exercise on the day you do it, eat More for the exercise.2 -

I would be really cautious about considering oil a "seasoning" that you're not measuring/logging. The calories add up very quickly and you're not only cooking with it but pouring it on already cooked foods.3 -

That's about 357 calories in oil per day. That's very relevant if you're counting calories.
That's about 42 grams of fat per day. That's very relevant if you're tracking macros.4 -
