It always get up at 4 for a pee break. Always hard to fall back asleep after that. But it was a good day on the scale as I finally broke through a number I have been trying to get to for 2 weeks. Morning All. I am a newbie here, WW refugee who just couldn't get the concept of "Free", but not really "Free". Went to Noom, still use it for it's daily "Phycology", but it's logging system was terrible. So here I am after 3 weeks and still going strong (Sort of).
