Honestly which ever you are more willing to do often and for long periods of time is what I would say is best. If you're enjoying going on long walks then keep up with that! Walking is so often overlooked as a great way to loose weight. Doing cardio workout is also going to be good for you in ways walking isn't - such as…

Cleaning your house when you've let it get to the state that it looks like a bomb has hit. Takes me all freaking day! Or even two! X'D

Me haha! But rest is so important. I've learnt this is hard way. Tore my labrum because I wasn't resting my body properly and wanted to keep running even though I was experiencing pain. Now I'm being forced by my body to rest because I physically can't do anything *sigh* I totally get what you mean though! Moving your body…

Yes I am aware of that. I have a very small body frame so I look completely "normal" at slightly lower weights. I am quiet 'skinny fat' though so i'd like to be able to build some more muscle. Please don't be concerned, I look and feel perfectly healthy and eat a perfectly decent amount. Everybody's body is different. Plus…

Thank you so much for your insight. Yeah surgery isnt really an option I want to take either. Because I have both hemophilia and VWD recovery time is doubled for me and I would go crazy being on crutches for 12 weeks. I've started seeing a sports specialist so hopefully the exercises i've been given can help :)

Okay so story time: I had pretty severe BED for about 4-5 years. I was binge eating every 2nd - 3rd day and sometimes every day (for a 1-3 weeks at a time). Because I was trying to hard to fight the binge urges and restrict calories at the same time, I had unintentionally taught my body to desperately crave a lot of food…

you wont necessarily see a difference in yourself until you see an old photo of yourself. For me I knew I was getting smaller because my clothes fit baggier and people said I was, but I only really realised it for myself when I saw a picture of myself from this time last year haha!

I'm 168cm (I think that's about 5'6). I don't have a goal weight per say - I'm currently about 111lbs, I care more about how I visually appear rather than the number on the scale. I just want to tone up some more and lean out a little :)
