Hope it goes well for you. I’ve lost 77lb now, started 22nd May. I hit plateau mid November after losing 3lb consistently per week. I had a bit of a splurge for 5 days and ate what I wanted then straight back on plan and weight came off quick again. Doesn’t work for everyone but that worked for me :)

I have lost 70lb in 7 months with quite reasonable strict eating. It can be done.

Not saying what you should do but what works for me is a cheat meal and a dessert. I usually gain initially (likely salt) and then stick to low calorie over next few days and weight drops off past plateau. It’s not easy depends how strong your willpower is to get back on wagon after cheat meal so it doesn’t turn into cheat…

Obviously diet is the primary factor in weight loss.

A word of caution, I was in the best shape of my life having lost around 90lb for wedding. I allowed myself to eat all the things I hadn’t ate in 3 years on honeymoon and it was a slippery slope I couldn’t stop, 3 years post marriage and I’m now 130lb heavier :( I’ve lost 60lb of that gain this year but just wish I’d kept…

Sounds too much to have gained as fat that quickly. Almost definitely water retention. I have eaten a salty meal and seen gains of 7lbs but then gradually came off and more the following week when I ate healthy again. Your diet before sounded far too restrictive need to find a middle ground.

60lb down and still wearing same size. I’m 6”1 woman. Desperate to see a difference but still not seeing it neither is anyone else :(

Depends on you as an individual. I lost 90 lb and had no excess skin but I’m 6”1 and was 25 at the time

You’ve got 14 weeks. Calorie restriction. I’m 6ft 1 female and I’ve lost 3lb a week consistently for 17 weeks now. It’s doable.

I do this all the time. Sometimes save a pile of calories previous day and enjoy the occasion the next. It’s not all the time and sometimes I find this helps drop the weight off faster the following days
