Hitting a plateau

Hello my name is Sara. in the last 6 months I have lost around 14 kg from 94 to 80 kg. however in the last 2 months I didn't lose any weight. I keep gaining and losing the same 3 kg. I can't seem to make it below 80 which is very frustrating. If anyone has any tips on how to conquer this plateau, it would be so helpful. Thank you

    How tall are you?

    Are you exercising? Working? Raising six kids? We need more.

    What are your goals? (Goal weight, loss rate)

    How many calories a day are you eating?

    Hi Sara, I have lost 80lb so far and I’m 40 away from target now. I’ve hit a few plateaus now since I began in June 2020. I have found cyclic eating has worked the best. After 9days of plateau I have had a day off plan and I mean I have enjoyed that day eating some decent cheat food. I then restrict straight away the next day very healthy for a few days and I find any little gain from the cheat day falls away and I break through the plateau by a pound or two and off I go again.
