Thanks, itβs the same with me, always enjoyed working out and healthy lifestyle living but work took priority for too long and realized that long days and many fast food meal caught up with me. So started up again figured by my birthday next February I should be at my goal weight loss π

I just walked 2 hours a day and ate chicken breast and broccoli for about a week and lost 7 pounds, still lots more to go but hey itβs one hell of a journey, and pure heaven once we get there π
