Ok here’s an update: I haven’t been weighing myself as a much lately. I have just been focusing on recomp and building muscle. This actually made me lose more weight somehow, I’m 135 now!

I haven’t been tracking calories because I have a history of an ed and tracking triggers that part of my brain. Just estimating has worked for me to lose the weight so far. I do a lot of cardio so i can switch to more HIIT and maybe I’ll do weights too!

30 minutes of intense stationary biking. 15 minute Emi Wong slim legs and thighs workout including stretching! Feel good!

I generally eat what I want within reason. I usually have desert and eat take out sometimes. I just make sure to keep exercising to keep up my metabolism and I’m fine. No foods are inherently “good” or “bad” as long as you don’t overeat or undereat. Everything within moderation!

I’m 5’9 and I went from 194.6 to 138 (lost 56 lbs!) I think I was 185 in the first pic tho, not my heaviest

I started working out because I enjoyed it and it thankfully increased my metabolism a lot, allowing me to eat what I want within reason and lose weight.

I usually weight myself every 2 weeks but I’m trying to stop because it really triggers my ED tendencies when I haven’t lost more.

I’m pretty young so I think people shy away on commenting on my body but I just get a lot of looks. Like if I haven’t seen someone for awhile I can see them STARING at my body because the last time they saw me I was a size 12 and now I’m a 0/2. The other day I went to friends house and her mom went slack jawed lmao
