  • Never settle......Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who others are today. Never quit.
  • I find that for the best results with anything consistency is key, when you cheat you are really only cheating yourself. Stay disciplined and you will thank yourself tomorrow.
  • Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship. Get up, get to the fu$$ing gym and get it done!
  • First congrats on getting back to your fitness routine. While nutrition is important and always an area for improvement I would focus on balance and consistency. Meaning look at what you are taking in versus the energy you are exerting and the consistency by which you do it. Be honest with yourself and success will follow.
