I've been doing quinoa with a bit of black bean salsa and some steamed veggies. If you wanted to add a meat you could add some chicken as well. It's very filling, easy to make and tastes good! :)

I'm pretty simple and I enjoy making chicken breasts and hard-boiled eggs in mine. If I wasn't trying to lose weight I'd be making chicken nuggets in mine pretty much everyday lol. You can google almost anything to make in an air fryer. We once made a jalapeno meatloaf that turned out great. :)

I had this same question. I like to have a jar of pickles at my desk at work for a snack sometimes. I'd like to be able to log it since I like to be thorough. I'll just assume it is 5 calories per serving to be safe lol.

These products helped me switch from soda. -Swapping my regular preference out for a "zero sugar" version. I usually go for Pepsi Zero or Dr. Pepper Zero. Usually around 6, but I do get a few that are only 4-5 hours. I work two jobs and it really messes with my sleep schedule sometimes.

I think I will try to find these on my next grocery shopping trips. Chicken nuggets are one of my big weaknesses so I really hope to find a good alternative lol.

I enjoy Flavor God. It can be a bit expensive, but I like them. The everything spicy seasoning is my go-to for chicken.

I added a category to my log that is just Vitamins & Supplements. I like that because I can see how much of my nutrients are from that vs how much I am getting from the foods I eat. Just helps put it into perspective for me.

Eating the same thing daily is a quick way to burn yourself out. If you'd like some other foods that are high in protein, try red lentil noodles and making a pasta. I also love to have sushi or tuna. I did one recently that was Michael Myers/Halloween themed. It was fun, but missing the sense of community. I would do it again if they have a fun theme. I believe the one I did was through Medal Dash.

I always want to try things like this but I'm always disappointed by the cost and how much product I get. Plus not knowing if I will actually like them is risky. Those BK pickle nuggets I may need to try!

Built Bars/Puffs really help me since they have chocolate but a lot of protein as well. Otherwise I enjoy some sugar free pudding with some whipped cream. Can also add some frozen fruits or nuts to spruce it up a bit. :)

Unfortunately there aren't any Kroger stores near me! I do know they offer some type of grocery shipping now though, so maybe I'll check their website. I had not really looked into apple juice concentrate, but maybe that will be my next stop.

There was a sugar free Starburst gummies ad that popped up on my Instagram. I believe it was like 100 calories per serving. Of course when I do a google search I am not finding them; however, I am very intrigued. I love gummy bears/worms/etc.

I usually don't count any spices or seasoning or water enhancers. Sometimes even condiments, unless I am using a lot of it.
