After reading this thread, I think I will give the skinny mixes a try. I'm hoping to be able to concoct a high-protein mocha peanut butter drink, but I'd like to try to keep the sugar content low.

Thank you for this! I don't care so much about the rest of the layout/features but I really wanted a dark mode. This will suffice! Thanks again!

Unfortunately there aren't any Kroger stores near me! I do know they offer some type of grocery shipping now though, so maybe I'll check their website. I had not really looked into apple juice concentrate, but maybe that will be my next stop.

Apparently these don't exist and it was just an ad put out for Starburst for market research. LAME.
-
There was a sugar free Starburst gummies ad that popped up on my Instagram. I believe it was like 100 calories per serving. Of course when I do a google search I am not finding them; however, I am very intrigued. I love gummy bears/worms/etc.

I usually don't count any spices or seasoning or water enhancers. Sometimes even condiments, unless I am using a lot of it.
-
Hmmm, I may need to find this!

I've found that when I get into those moods, I need to find something to do to occupy myself. A lot of times it is going for a walk, but now that we are getting into winter here, that will be a less likely option. Last night I put on a cardio youtube video for a bit and then I played some Just Dance on the Nintendo Switch.…

Every time I see you post your food looks great. MFP picnic anyone? The price of the air fryer is worth it just for making hard boiled eggs, to be honest. No dishes!
-
I listen to a wide variety, sometimes even podcasts. I tried doing a community playlist here once but nobody added to it lol.

Guacamole. I've been eating lots of avocado toast with cottage cheese, but I've been using pre-made guac since my avocados aren't ready yet. I've also been dipping baby carrots in it around lunch time!

Love these as well! I make a BLT wrap with the tomato basil wrap, turkey bacon, Sir Kensington's mayo and some dark greens (spinach, etc.) Quick easy meal and a decent amount of calories!

My grocery bill didn't drop, but my eating out bills did!

https://cravnflavor.com/mozzarella-sticks/ Definitely worse things to eat out there, but it's a lot more calories than I typically like to spend.
-
I just discussed this topic with a friend over the weekend and she said she puts cottage cheese, avocado and everything bagel seasoning on hers. I'm excited to try this out since I do enjoy cottage cheese lol.

Cravings are tough. There are some cravings that will pass if I wait it out, or I can possibly find a healthier option that is similar. I had been craving mozzarella sticks for about a week now. Last night, I finally just caved and bought some. Luckily, I was still able to fit it into my calorie allowance for the day, but…

Plateaus are awful. I was stuck on mine for about 6-8 weeks and I FINALLY broke it this past week. I slightly switched up my diet, I'm not sure if that did the trick or not. I'm mostly a "routine" dieter. I eat similar, if not the same, foods weekly; but every few months I find some inspiration to switch things up. This…

Thanks, that is very helpful information. That was my concern with the puzzle-style as well, I just thought it may work better for covering a larger space. I think I've been convinced to at least do a single mat.
-
This actually looks exactly like what I may be looking for. I may add this to my wish list! Thank you!

My first thoughts: 1. Check your shoes. Sometimes you are just due for a new pair. 2. Try wearing a knee brace. I had to go see a physical therapist for a bit and she discovered I was walking with one foot angled slightly outward instead of straight forward. A few weeks wearing a brace and doing appropriate stretches and I…

I really like the Dannon (?) Light + Fit brand. It's not as thick as your typical greek yogurt but the flavor is good.
-
The Gaiam one looks like it could work if I order some of the "puzzle" mats to go under it. I think the cushion of both of them together would suffice. Maybe I'll add a space heater as well.

I swapped to these: https://www.amazon.com/Bubblr-Antioxidant-Sparkling-Variety-Twisted/dp/B096GB9VKQ/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=bubbl%27r&qid=1634047386&sr=8-1&th=1 We sell them locally so they are much cheaper at the store, but still a bit spendy at $5/6 pack. Contains much more flavor than La Croix (how do we not have…

That is good to know, I am mainly thinking for doing floor work and aerobic exercise. My basement is cement and is quite cold for floor work in the winter.
-
Yes, basically until I decide to move out of my current home lol.
-
That sounds tough, but hopefully you can at least find a similar item to use. May not be perfect, but maybe you can get close?
-
Ooh, that sounds good!

Haha, sounds like the friend for me! I would also like to post more life stuff, that's why I was curious about posting photos. I'd like to share photos related to me traveling and going on hikes, etc. I feel like Instagram works better for this, but it also makes the MFP news feed a little more interesting. :)
-
I would love something like this locally; however, I don't think we have anything like that in my area.

I like the idea someone else said earlier about looking to see if there is a walking group in the area. Second idea would be to use the treadmill at home and take your dog for just a short walk around the block. If your area is rural this may be tough, but it could just be a little bit down the road. Then your doggo is…
