  • Thank you Just_Ceci. I bought some running shoes before I started the c25k. They are alot more comfortable than normal trainers, I use them more than my normal trainers now!

  • Thank you. I've started with making lentil soup and boiled eggs on alternate days and both with a banana, satsuma and a fat free yoghurt. I used to buy pre packed sandwiches, go to the chip shop or cafe. I can get used to this lifestyle!

  • Thanks for the rellies. As the temperatures starting to drop I'll go for the soups rather than the salads, I'll get myself a thermos and some good recipes. I do enjoy soup, just usually with bread. I'm definitely going to try the muffins too, thank you.
