I don’t vape nicotine, but I sometimes vape cannabis (trying to quit that too…munchies). But not at the gym.

I have an Apple watch, but now that I’m running again I wish I had a dedicated running watch (a garmin). The Apple Watch is fine for my purposes though.

I’m 5’3”, 47, 140, have my cals set at 1430, but don’t always eat them all. I exercise most days and don’t eat my exercise calories back, for the most part.

I’m 47 and post-menopausal (I had early onset menopause). I find it’s a lot harder to lose weight than I used to. I have a feeling you might be overestimating the calories you burn by cycling; do you eat them all back?

Yes, please quit now. It will be 3 years for me this month. I used the patch at first (which is covered by many medical insurances).

I’m in the same boat. I have about 20 lbs to lose, I’m at the top of a healthy bmi but have a gut…I can’t tell how many calories I should be eating.
