  • Thanks for educating me on that. It makes sense, I’m at a healthy weight there’s no need to rush my weightloss. I even noticed when I eat 1200 calories I’m always stalling/plateauing. When I was eating more I wouldn’t stall really at all because I was going at a reasonable pace. Probably would’ve reached my goal weight…
