Hi everyone, I haven’t been on here for a number of months and time to get back into it all. Happy to accept friends on here and motivate each other. I’m in Melbourne Aistralia, anyone else from Australia here as well? Happy to help anyone with motivation or shared stories. Ben

I work out everyday. Weights in the gym followed by 5km run on the treadmill all at lunchtime. Then usually 3 to 4 times a week also ride about 15km at least per session outside on the bike. I don’t feel me if I don’t work out. I didn’t use to work out this much but now have it as daily habit also mixed with eating healthy…

Thanks all for the suggestions. I am now a bit confused. My scales say I am at 22% body fat. If I use online body fat calculator and input neck and waist measurements, age etc I show as 8.6% body fat. Which would be more accurate. I can share my measurements if that helps.

You now have a chance to FOCUS on yourself and make your life how YOU want it to be. Keep your head high, your spirits high and you WILL get through it. Anyone that can say something like that to their partner is not worth it anyway. Stay strong and don’t sell yourself short.

We all face challenges and just need to regroup and focus again. Don’t beat yourself up too much. We are human and things slip. The main thing is dust yourself off and go at it again. Feel free to add me as a motivation buddy if you like.

I have been on here a few weeks and it just gets better trust me. It is already forming positive habits with me and has changed my perspectives on my food choices and exercise. Totally loving it.

You can do it, everyone can. The main point is what will make you feel better in yourself? It could be losing weight, gaining definition, eating healthy or all three or something totally unrelated. You need to determine for yourself what it is rather than just saying feel better about myself. Then make a plan then get out…

I’m 48 and loving this app and the focus it gives me. I am getting into the best shape and healthiest I have ever been in my life. So great to be able to track each day and stay focussed. I love exercising everyday now and have formed a habit that it is just part of my day. I have lost 4kg since the 10th December 2020 and…

I find it the best app. I watch and track my macros every day and also exercise and weigh myself. I also find it I wearing and a challenge to see how I have gone everyday.

What type of workouts are you doing? Are you seeing any other changes such as muscle definition changes? Are you taking measurements of yourself to see if these are changing also? Lastly are you looking at the breakdown of macros for your daily food?

Great effort and transformation. Consistently is the key and remaining focussed. It is easy sometime to find the excuses not to but keeping going is what makes it all worth while. Amazing transformation in a short time.

I am looking to gain strength, fitness and confidence in my body. I have tried to focus on fitness in the past and had mixed results. This time it is for the long term and I finally have the time and drive in my life to do it.

We all have slips that’s part of being human. The main thing though is we dust ourselves off and keep going.

I’m from Australia great to see people on here from everywhere all on their fitness journey.

Thanks for the welcome. I am already seeing changes since I started my journey a couple of months ago. How has your journey been going?

Funny thing was when I went to cancel they suddenly dropped their price dramatically. By that stage I had already decided it was not for me. This seems a much better option for my needs and what I am wanting to achieve.

I generally head to the gym each day and have been doing a mix of barbell workouts, abs workouts as well as bike riding. I am now at the point where I miss it if I cannot do my workouts.
