Hahahaha, meant to post on Friday since that has become my weigh in day. While it wasn't much of a loss, some of my clothes feel looser and I don't feel as tired as I did 2 weeks ago. LW: 281 CW: 280.8 (1-15-21)

Hi Everyone! New to the group! My fitness journey started back in 2019 at my highest weight ever, 291. Ended up with having baby #3 that year and just now getting back into the groove of things. SW - 285.2 on 1-4-21 CW - 281 on 1-8-21

Reading through here I am glad I took a before picture. I hate the way I look, but I do want to one to compare on days when I will be discouraged and seem to be hitting a brick wall. Thanks for this thread! It has been super helpful ;)

Yes, getting back on is a great start! I am finally back on after 2 years of being off and is more determined than ever to keep up with my tracking!

My first set of mini goals is to: 1. complete my food diary every day for 2 weeks. Mainly to get back into the habit. 2. To drink recommended water amount every a day. My ultimate goal would be to lose 50 pounds, but realistically I am aiming for at least losing 35 pounds this year. I have a 135 pounds to lose, so I am trying to balance my focus a little.
