My life is a mixture of imperial and metric 😂. I lift weights in kg, I weigh myself in pounds, drive my car in miles, measure height in inches yet distance in metres.

Some photos of my journey showing where I’ve come from and what I have achieved so far with good training and diet. This year is all about getting as lean As I can but maintaining my strength, even increasing if possible.

My initial transformation before I started cutting up.

I have been training in negative calories for months now and my weight has dropped but my strength has increased. Being in the negative, my body is burning fat during my training session after fuel is depleted. As long as you don’t go too far into negative. You should be eating your maintenance calories at least I would…

I think bands are good and you can work most body parts with them, I would invest in some slightly heavier dumbbells so you can fatigue your muscles at lower rep ranges.

My training is normally a couple of body parts for two days then a rest and repeat throughout the week. Always train slightly in negative calories, I find I…

What are your main reasons for wanting to lose weight? Mine is a combination of confidence and also that I’m my best version of myself when I’m eating and training. I also have a skin disease which I cope with better when I’m training.

Would like to hear your plan and give you some constructive feedback.

The start is always the hardest, it takes me a lot to make diet changes and start working out. Good to visualise where you want to be and set out your steps to achieving it. I like to give myself weekly goals and long term goals then reward myself if I hit the marks.

Coke Zero is always in my fridge for when I need the sensation of a sugary drink, I also have Heineken zero when I need an alcohol substitute as I don’t drink. These two keep my sugar and alcohol drinks at bay. Sparkling water is also in my go to list.
