Supplements - effective or useless?
Do any of you have opinions and knowledge on supplements. I’m kinda of the belief that most if not all are no different to regular food. I do use creatine and Bcaas but am starting to question there benefit.

Target lifts for 2021?
I’ve set myself a challenge to beat my pbs on squat, deadlift and bench. I’m turning 40 this year and want to be in my best shape and breaking my own records. Cheat meal - what’s your poison?
I’ll try and go all week on strict diet then pick an evening meal to have what I want. Pizza, Chinese, are my top choices with as many haribos as I can stomach after. I find This good for my soul and doesn’t effect my progress.
