What's your plan to do it?

Glad to hear you are serious.

So you have a goal. Forty pounds. That is .75 pounds a week. Perfectly achievable.

Basically, if a pound is 3500 calories, three quarters of a pound is 2625 calorie per week, or a measly 385 calories per day.

Now, have a plan. That means you need to go into “goals” enter your current height and weight, your goal weight, activity level, and that you wish to lose .5 or 1 pound a week. That will tell you how many calories you need to eat to lose weight.

Don’t go hog wild wanting to lose it all at once and select 2 pounds. That’s why so many people fail. You’ll wind up with too low calories and be miserable. Maybe set 1 pound, and change it to half a pound after you lose the first twenty.

Want more nomnoms? Find an exercise plan you can live with and earn back a few.

Now you have a plan for success.

I’m guessing 1965 is your age. 1962 here. 👋🏻 Heyyy! 👋🏻 Don’t let anyone tell you, you can’t lose because of age, hormones, menopause or any of that nonsense. There’s lots of us here to prove otherwise, if you out your mind to it.

Come back and let us know your plan, and hope to see you in the Success Stories area very soon!
