One week done. Fun but taxing program, due to volume and rest times, but also really fun and challenging. Done all my workouts, and mostly succeded with the nutrition part. Weight is down from 240 to 239. I think I notice a bit better chest and back, but might be wishfull eyes. (Today id on the left, last week on the right)

Just playing with numbers here... I am so happy with 12.8 lbs down this month. But...planning ahead for next month...I know it is only four weeks BUT if I do 12.8 then I will reach 99.9 kg in metric. That would be awesome and many years since last time. 12.8 lbs is really hairy goal, but is it possible?

Back home from a short trip to the army. Back into my routines. Eating as I used to, and got two workouts done this week. Working extra at the dementia care this weekend, and bought in floor for my bedroom and livingroom. Looking forward to fix it😊
