Hey everyone, I’m on here looking for some more friends. Looking for some serious goal chasers who could use another motivated friend. I run daily, and strength train 4+ times a week. I’m a pretty active person on mfp and enjoying watching people succeed and accomplish goals. I have a lot of goals I’m going to get this…

@lauralou93a i just sent you a request 👍🏻

Welcome to the group. You got this. What plan are you going to use? Cardio or lifting?
-
I’m on here everyday. Active daily, working out everyday 👍🏻😁💪🏻🏃🏻♂️👟

1 hour running, 1 hour of strength and core work
-
Run 7 days a week. Lift 4-5 times a week 💪🏻😁

This is why I never hit pause during my runs. I’d rather have a terrible pace instead of short distance 🤣🤣 the way I look at it is the race clocks never stop 🤣🤣

Welcome 👋🏻 I must ask, how do you get burpee’s to stop causing a bunch of wrist pain
-
Is it syncing twice? If it is, it’s because you have your fitness tracker and strava account linked. Try only having one set up

@ndj1979 There's some truth to it. I already adjusted my miles goal down from 4,000 miles for the year based on my body not being able to take the increase. Still looking to see how close I can get. Not going to pretend it's going to be easy.

I’ve signed up for a June and October marathon. We’ll see if it happens 👍🏻🤞🏻😁

@quiksylver296 that makes sense to become a power lifter. Good luck. I know lifting 5 times a week will help us both get closer to our goals.

Great goals. I’ve got horrible nutrition habits but run consistently 👍🏻 Keep working and you’ll be surprised how fast you can get 👍🏻

I signed up for a race for a smaller races in June and I’m running a virtual race across the us. Started in September and I’m halfway done. I’ve also set an aggressive distance goal for the year.

I just got aftershockz head phones and I’m a big fan. You don’t wear them in your ear so you can still hear what’s going on around you if you want. As for shoes, I’m in the same boat, I bought some and they didn’t work. I’m also on the hunt for them.
