Hey, looking for a few more friends who are runners so I can shamelessly steal their nutrition ideas and use their runs as a kick up the bum t go out for one of my own.

Years goals : sub 2hr half, lose 1.5 st and walk the west highland way

    Great goals. I’ve got horrible nutrition habits but run consistently 👍🏻 Keep working and you’ll be surprised how fast you can get 👍🏻

    You can add me but I don't share my diary since I rarely log (and even if I did it probably wouldn't be helpful unless you consider Mountain DEW and chocolate ice cream inspiring :) ). I do run. Often. And usually far (ultra marathoner getting reading to train for a sucky road marathon :D ).

    Would love more running friends! I'm trying to build back up slowly after a pretty decent year last year. I'll be shooting for a sub-2 hour half in the fall, but just doing easy miles right now.
