I've been on Wellbutrin for the last 1.5 years. I have not noticed any appetite suppression. But it does give me the drive to get off my butt and move more. Maybe that's why I don't notice anything? I'm pretty active and make sure I'm getting a minimum of 12,000 steps a day. I've also lost 50 lbs in the last 1.5 years and…

I maintained my weight over the holidays and started back up again in January. I decided to increase my step goal by 2000 a day to get the scale moving again. I am finally at a normal BMI for the first time in my life.

My highest weight was 250 lbs in 2017. I drank soda like it was going out of style and had a very poor diet. I was always tired, my body ached, and I didn't like the way I looked. That year I cut out soda and started watching my diet. I managed to loose 50 lbs and maintained my weight-loss through 2023. In January 2023 at…

Lately my go to snack is a couple of cups frozen mixed berries mixed in with 1 or 2 Light and Fit Greek Yogurts. I mix it all together and the Yogurt freezes and it tastes like a healthy version of ice cream. I suppose I could mix it all together in the blender for a smooth consistency but I prefer it chunky.

How tall are you and what is your weight? Are you active or sedentary? How many pounds a week do you want to lose? I'm just asking because 1200 calories a day is pretty low and going to be difficult to stick to. Anyways to answer your question I personally find protein satisfying. s Some of my low calorie high protein…

Have you tried the Swerve brand sugar substitute? The have brown sugar and regular sugar options. They are the best tasting sugar replacement that I've found. You can also bake with them and the ratio is 1:1.

I agree with the above comment. Tracking your calories and maintaining a caloric deficit is the most important thing for weight-loss. I would also make it a goal to increase your daily step count. For instance I make sure that I get a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. Walking is really good for weight-loss and less stressful…

I walk every day and make sure to get a minimum of 10,000 steps in. I've been doing it since January and now it's just a habit.

Two hard boiled eggs (120 cal, 12 g protein), sugar free yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, tuna creations packet, smoked oysters, 2 oz boneless skinless chicken tenderloin....

I'm a NOC Nurse as well. I've been working this shift for over 10 years now. I've managed to lose 40+ pounds since January by staying within my calorie budget and getting a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. What has been working for me is planning out my meals for the work week and having them ready to go. I focus on getting…

I absolutely love the Grow with Jo videos on YouTube. They are from beginner to advanced and low impact.

I don't know why I do it but when I've had a super stressful night at work ect I crave and turn to sweets. Thankfully I can fit it in my calorie goal (most of the time) but it's something I've only come to realize in the last month or so. Honestly now that I've noticed that high stress is a trigger for me I am really…

My weight fluctuates daily which is completely normal. Honestly your weight can go up or down several pounds just over the course of a day. These are changes in water retention, waste, the amount of food you ate earlier, ect. That is why a lot of people give themselves a weight range at goal to maintain.

I used to love sketchers until I developed plantar fasciitis in both of my feet. I'm a Nurse and walk a ton at work but the pain got to the point I had to purchase insoles from the Good Feet Store. I bring this up because my pain initially started in my heel. It seriously felt like I stepped on a big rock. Long story short…

I work nights so my schedule is all screwed up. I usually have my first meal around 8-10 pm, a snack around 2 am or so and a small breakfast when I get home from work around 7 am (today it was two hard boiled eggs).

I find that if I eat enough protein that it keeps me from getting super hungry. You got to find what works for you though. Some people are more satiated with added fat or fiber vs protein.

Start with your diet (very important) and just moving more. As the weight starts coming off you should be able to slowly start getting around easier and with less pain. I was able to lose 70 lbs 6 years ago through diet alone and maintain 50 of that through 5 years. This time I decided to incorporate moving more into the…

My favorite is an egg white omelette with sauteed mushrooms, onion, spinach and diced ham. I also sprinkle some fat free cheese in the middle. It's amazing!

My advice is to figure out your calorie deficit on MFP and then make changes to your diet that you can live with to support sustainable weight loss. Don't go too fast and don't make changes to your diet or activity level that make you miserable and more likely to quit. You can do this!

Making changes to my diet that I know I can stick to permanently. Also only eating out occasionally. Even when you think you made a healthy choice it ends up being loaded with extra calories. I would rather cook at home.

I have a friend that is using this medication. She says it pretty much takes away her appetite and that she has to remind herself to eat sometimes. She has also complained at times of nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and heartburn. She's happy with her results. She's lost about 25 lbs in three months.

I've lost 23lbs and can see and feel changes daily. My arms, legs, hips and back are leaner. My coworkers are able to see the difference now as well.

Try taking a dose of Excedrin or Midol. They both contain a small amount of caffeine in them and should help.

I have a couple of go to's for a before bed snack. First is a muscle milk protein shake because it has 25g of protein and only 160 calories which fills me up. Second is called a Built Bar. It's basically a candy bar with 15 g protein and only 130 calories. Occasionally I will have 3 cups of Boom Chica Pop popcorn (140 cal)…

I work 12 hour nights 3-4 days of the week so I prep what I am taking with me to work in the morning before I go to sleep. For instance today I am having grilled talipia and a spring mix garden salad (tomatoes, cucumber, peas, mushroom and green onion). I use Bolthouse farms dressing. 3 tbsp only has 53 calories. On my…

I gain between 3-5 pounds the days leading up to my period. I continue with my deficit and the weight plus some comes off a couple of days after my period starts.
