Well I lost 17 kg last year but gained it all back..rn I'm eating 1860 calories which is around 500 less from my maintenance I hope. I don't even know exactly if my maintenance is 2300. I'm just following My fitness pal

Like around 4 kg dumbells total and I'm following random YouTuber workouts ..all I know is I feel really tired doing it

Since I'm a beginner I don't know how many minutes to workout..I'm using the lowest weights on my dumbells and barbells. The weights make me sweat alot that's for sure.

So the 150g that I cooked/boiled from 45g dry rice is the same thing basically . Same calories as the 45g dry but it's just more volume due to water absorption . Thank god . I thought I was eating more calories but now I know I just have to follow the same calories shown for dry rice .

I weight lift three times a week ...15 mins each session. Even that feels so tiring but I feel the pressure . should I start off small like that and then work my way up later like to 30 min each session . I weigh 92 kg. 174 cm height. I eat around 1800 calories a day which I assume is 500 less than my maintenance . On top of that I burn 500 calories daily by walking 10000 or 12000 steps a day. I weight lift sometimes too but I might stop it and just stick to walking and a deficit .
