  • I'd have to say the place that Brad and I are right now is pretty amazing. We are in overwater bungalows in Mexico... Caribbean side, we can see Cozumel across the ocean. And, good (bad?) news.. there is a scale here so I will weigh in this week. Suspect Brad will still want a pass. We are truly in paradise!!

  • First day back on the Peloton after my bouts of sickness! Felt good, I was tight in my hips.. definitely needed it! I am working from home today so it's much easier as I don't have the commute time to worry about. It frees me up and it's great when I use that time to make good choices!
