I'm hearing a lot of work stress and health stress so far. Many of us are turning to walks as an excellent coping skill and way to re-regulate. This is great! My too much today is snacking... Or rather, "snacks" that are the size of meals. Any advice on how to flip that one around? I'm trying preportioning right now.

@Veta2018 @sunshinezombiegirl1 Accurate! That's relatable! For me, being overly controlling at work is too much... I'm trying to fix that. On the flip side, not being as controlled with food is also too much. It's a struggle.

Hey All, I'd like to join! I was here for a bit in 2023, and you were a supportive group. R261 SW: 128 lb R261 GW: 126 lb Sun. 5/26 - 128 lb Mon. 5/27 - 128 lb This is a few pounds higher than usual, two days in a row. I've been drinking a lot more water and I'm hoping that's the culprit.
