Congratulations! I struggle with depression and anxiety, and sometimes it is crippling. I have found regular exercise helps tremendously. I also take Ashwagandha as a supplement, and it helps keep me calm. Keep doing what you're doing and don't ever quit!

I lost 130 pounds in 2012-2013, and I have loose skin. While it can be annoying, I would rather have the loose skin than have the fat.
