This has been one weird week. I have been doing the same old stuff. Got on the scale today and it was 203.6! What??? Only difference is I have been actively walking every day...only 6k steps but that is alot for me. I tore my hamstring and both abductor muscles 2 years ago and they still let me know they are there. Been on steroids for my neck and ended them a few days ago. So between the heat and the meds I figured this was what was going on with the weight. Will I stay down? For today it doesn't matter because I have proved to myself that Onderland was real and obtainable. It is my new carrot on the stick. Hope everyone is having aβ¦

Kettle Chips are my kryptonite. I have 2 bags here but not opened. If they somehow get opened(grandkids)well, let's just say the visual would be scary...punch 2 holes and put that bag over my ears and face and chomp!

Not sure what the gain is from but oh well. Still trying! I can see the next goal, Onderland, but it keeps moving. Really need to find some breakfast options. Getting tired of the eggs/eggbeaters. Protein keeps me full, yogurts are good but then I am hungry sooner. It has been super hot here and now it is in the 60's. Goodβ¦

I just realized I have pretty much made my goal for June even with doing a 12 day trip. Wow. This may be the lowest I have been in a long time. Kind of fun going through clothes that now fit me. Not sure when I could get into them before! I told my hubby I wouldn't get rid of my bigger clothes for awhile...I have to see ifβ¦

So the 12 day fishing trip went ok. Fishing wasn't the best. Weather was really hot the first week then dropped into the 40's for the last 5 days! Glad I brought a pair of jeans and sweatshirt with! Ate pretty much as usual but didn't say no to a few things. Now back home and trying to get back to my new normal way ofβ¦

Lots going on...fishing trip starts this weekend minus a scale and air conditioning! It is in the upper 90's where we are going. Son and his family have bought a new house and are staying here so chaos reigns! 4 grandkids...geez, they eat ALL THE TIME! Going to try and watch what I do for the next few weeks. Weighed inβ¦

Going to be an interesting month. We are going on a fishing trip for 12 days. Will do my best to keep on track but with others cooking, etc it could be a challenge! Well I went on a fishing trip and caught a 26" Walleye! She was a fighter and got put back to make more little walleyes. Didn't really do too bad eating. Not sure what the weight gain was from but will just keep trying. All I can do, right? It would be really easy to slide up again...just saying. Hope to see you all in theβ¦
