Same here. My husband seems to lose weight really quickly and mine comes off so slowly - if at all, and I watch what I eat and track everything, while he cheats and he constantly eats extra junk!2 -

This time last year, I was down almost 20 pounds. I completely lost focus over fall and winter and still haven't gotten it back. This month, I am going to focus on drinking water and tracking my food. My birthday is on the 18th, so I'm going to try to stay on my plan until my birthday, give myself one day to eat whatever I want, but still be mindful of how much I am eating, and get right back on track.5 -
Ok, I'm in! I know my goal per week is modest, but each pound adds up! I've found that keeping my goals modest means that I don't get disappointed and demoralized when the going gets slow. Also, exceeding my targets feels extra special!

Hello again! Still working on this. So glad that journaling and this have given me accountablility. Almost to the Onderland, can't wait! Seems like these last few pounds will be the most stubborn! Another long vacation coming up end of month so hopefully will be down so that if I go up won't be too catastrophic. I can give a pound or two to the vacation cause. But will be on the beach and walking alot. This month is gardening, grandkids and maybe some more fishing. Hot in Northern IL so we will see how the weather goes. Hope everyone has a great month! It is frustrating when the scale doesnโt move for sure.
I cut fruits,sweets and white grain completely out of my diet. I aim for keto friendly veggies. Iโm vegetarian so also been paying attention to the veggie burgers ingredients and carb in them. Tofu been a good option though.
I use carb manager app as it show me which food is keto friendly.
