Looks like the registration is closed for April...I will make sure I re-register once the May sign-ups are open! I'm looking forward to re-starting this journey! I have quite a few pounds that I'd like to get rid of.... Tim

My 36 hour fast seemed to work well for me last week.... half way into another 36 hours this week... it may be closer to 40 hours when I decide to end it tomorrow!

@vegan4lyfe2012 - Yes, I started the fast Tuesday night so it will include sleep through Tuesday and Wednesday night and ate nothing Wednesday....I will be eating at ~11am today. I almost gave up on it yesterday because my daughter called and invited me to Mexican with her and my grandson.... but I opted out of dinner....

I usually do water only or green tea. I have never liked coffee so don't do coffee during fasts. I will probably do a cup or two of green tea during this one.

I've been getting my steps in even though my knee is still on and off.... I'm going to try a longer fast tomorrow/Thursday.... the longest I've done is ~24 hours.... I'm shooting for ~36 hours. I'm hoping that will Kickstart things for me. Tim
