I accidentally overheard a “friend” of mine say about me, “She’s pretty BUT has always been thick.” That hurt! I’m only about 25 pounds heavier than her. The next time I see her, I’ll still own my curves, but will be lighter than she is. Yes, that’s so petty, but it is was it is. 😊

I struggle with the weekends too! I have to be incredibly mindful of what I eat. I try to pre-track everything to maintain focus.
