I am also adding protein and have found it challenging. Two things I have incorporated that I didn’t see mentioned are beef/Turkey jerky = really high protein for small quantities so that you don’t feel overfull and protein bars. I like RX bars and Primal Kitchen because they are pretty balanced, and have very little sugar.

    Premier protein shakes are pretty good and low on the sugar/carb content.
