Does this not track net carbs?

And only in certain countries (for example US). In many countries (for example Europe) nutritional labels are already 'net carb'.1

However, if you are in the US or Canada, and therefore don't have net carbs on the label, and are not interested in premium, it's super easy to track carbs and track fiber (I would argue that fiber is important and should be tracked anyway), and subtract fiber from total carbs.3

I have a trial of the premium version but I am not sure how to set that up

And you can only do it in the mobile app, not from a PC. When you enable net carbs in the app, any data shown on the PC version will still be carbs, not net carbs.0

I down loaded a thing called tampermonkey and set it up to track net carbs on MFP. Works well
