If my kids are out .... which they often are now (teenagers), I still cook a family amount. You can then just portion it up into separate boxes and chill or freeze for another day. It’s pretty easy, just make sure you have a food scale so you’re not guestimating your portion sizes/weight. I love the barcode scanner on the diary entry page as well; so much easier than manually searching for everything. Good luck ☘️

Physical and mental health are definitely linked. Regular exercise did more for me when I was depressed than any tablet the doctor gave me. I’m glad you’ve taken control, people often don’t realise how debilitating depression can be and how much strength it takes to overcome it. Proud of you ❤️
