hi everyone :) pretty new to mfp (joined may 9) and all these message boards. just stumbled upon this one and like the idea very much and i'd love to join! i sprained my ankle three weeks ago and therefore wasnt able to run/jog as much as i usually do. did hit in on the treadmill yesterday again and set my goal to 150km…
