Yes defo me! Ruined it may aswell binge π doesn't help that I'm in a 6 person house hold no one wants to join me on my mission to health if they order takeaway I feel I can't not have some if you know what I mean I try order the healthiest thing on menu. When I do log diary on here I don't really eat that many cals anywayβ¦

You have a fab routine well done! Not something I could do but get what you mean eat healthy through the week I keep trying to let myself have a treat but gets out of hand especially if I have a drink really need to just quit cold turkey again I managed 1 week not long ago so know I can do it.

I'm trying to lose 2stone also gained alot over lockdown! Really want to get back in shape I feel awful my clothes don't fit or are too tight my knee hurts and I just feel so unhealthy once you are stuck in a rut from eating and not being able to do anything during lockdown mentally I'm finding it really hard to get backβ¦

This is me nearly 2 weeks after birth he was 7lbs 12oz I used something similar it was a very tight compression top that went under breast to bottom of tum I also breastfed which I think helped π I got the top from eBay I think it helped and felt better holding everything in as tummy feels weird after birth doesn't it! πππ
