You have a fab routine well done! Not something I could do but get what you mean eat healthy through the week I keep trying to let myself have a treat but gets out of hand especially if I have a drink really need to just quit cold turkey again I managed 1 week not long ago so know I can do it.

This is me nearly 2 weeks after birth he was 7lbs 12oz I used something similar it was a very tight compression top that went under breast to bottom of tum I also breastfed which I think helped 😊 I got the top from eBay I think it helped and felt better holding everything in as tummy feels weird after birth doesn't it! 💕💕💕

We just got a new fan for the front room as it's so hot and my 3yr old keeps turning it off and saying no more 😑🙄 melting!
