Phew. Thanks, guys. The diet hasn't been a drastic change, but the exercise has. It's frustrating 'cause I can exercise as regularly as I'd like 'cause I feel sick.

Why doesn't the site make it easier to post pics? I've seen tons (ha) of people who have trouble and it seems too complicated.
