My Garmin died and using Fitbit again. Garmin is great for tracking water Goal and tells me how much more I need depending on activity I also keep my goals on a document.

@SafariGalNYC Thanks, I need to pile on the veggies! Carrots and hummus today with a Red leaf salad. @mkksemail - I freeze my bananas and usually use frozen berries too. I peel ripe bananas and put three in a zip lock and smush them flat, then freeze.

This past week I started to eat smaller meals and fruit for my snacks. Chips are my big down fall and now that I can eat carrots again, I cut them up into strips and eat them with hummus with lunch with fewer chips. Chips are so addicting!
