Today was busy in the grocery stores. Hubby and I went to three different stores. Picked up my veggies and prepped the rainbow chard. Tomorrow I have the carrots , peppers, and green beans to prep. @mkksemail - Yep, I don't follow recipes very well. To resize an image: If you use a PC and have Windows, you can use the Paint program. There are a lot of websites too. just search "resize an image"

@SafariGalNYC - your smoothie sounds very refreshing! Green smoothie with banana, strawberries, blueberries, broccoli, Pom juice and cocoa nibs. Protein powder. Manuka honey English muffins with potatoes greenbeans and egg whites side salad left overs from yesterday.

Love love this! October is the hardest month out of the year for me! I need to stay focused so I don't gain back any more weight! That is what the BLC helps me with. There are weekly challenges that are fun and meaningful. I'm always learning how to take care of my body so it will take care of me in my golden years. Comeβ¦
