I have an old Fitbit Alta. It works for me. The app for it works with my iPhone, but it also worked with my Samsung when I had it. It also syncs with MyFitnessPal and my scale (which is slightly creepy).

I do OMAD, as well. I really like this plan, which surprises me greatly. During the first two weeks, I could have eaten the flowers in the front yard. I occasionally eat the Sola bread. I haven't had a problem with it. But not very often. It's very expensive online and not available locally. But sometimes you really want a sandwich. B)
