You are all so funny, and so informative. I love this group. For the record, MFP has determined 2020 calories is a good daily amount for me. I do not count exercise in that number. If I do a lot of exercise in one day, and I'm really hungry, I'll listen to my hunger and eat more.

Well, I was under my calorie goal by 44 calories. No extremes here. :-D

Yeah. I have a condition that causes facial pain. I've been taking pain meds and have been really tired because of it. I hope to move more this week.

I binged overnight. I had fast food today, and I didn't really enjoy it. That says something. My body likes healthier food, and I've become accustomed to it. I will eat at the lower end of my calorie range for the next few days and focus on eating healthy foods I love.
