Very insightful, thanks for the info! :)

I don't think it's primarily water weight because I reduced my carbs very gradually. :)

I haven't tried it yet, but I got some plain nonfat Greek yogurt and a packet of ranch dressing mix to make my own ranch. Hopefully it works out. I've already been using the Greek yogurt instead of mayo and sour cream and it works great for that.

I like making my own pickles! Bring 1 cup water, 1 cup white vinegar, and up to 2 tbsp of salt to a boil. Slice and pack your cukes into a jar with up to 3 garlic cloves and plenty of fresh or dried dill, then pour the hot brine over it, close, and put in the fridge! It takes about a day for everything to soak in. Tastes…

Also, a really filling one is 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese (80 or 90) with 2 cups of watermelon. A little bit under 200. You could use strawberries too instead of watermelon, basically the same number of calories.

The breakfast I had this morning: 2 slices of Nickles 35-cal light white bread (toasted) with a fried egg on each. About 214 cals total.

Thanks everyone, that helps a bit. <3

I went over my calorie limit for 2 days (didn't even overeat or binge eat, just ate probably around maintenance) and gained 3 lbs! :'( Kicking myself for it now.

Now that I've lost 17 lbs and have been working out more, I've noticed I don't have as much pain in my hips after a long retail shift! Also, I walked 3 miles today! I'm pretty tired, but that's the most I've walked since I was in high school!
