I just recently finished easing into keto and started intermittent fasting. Anyone who's doing similar things want to be buddies? Especially if you're like me and have a lot of weight to lose.

    Hi! I am just starting out Keto/IF too, with over 50 pounds to lose. I don't know how we follow each other on here though...

    I am back into the fasting! 😊 I stand by it. it’s how I lost the weight that had creeped up over a couple years when I got into it a year ago.
