  • Good. I had some red wine and a small amount of dessert at a Memorial Day cookout yesterday, but I'm still on track. Went to the gym and did 30 minutes of weight training and 45 minutes of spin this morning. The day after a holiday is brutal, lol.
  • No, I'm just following my calorie recommendations, working out, and tracking.
  • One day I had 3 eggs with a quarter cup of shredded cheese and some salsa. The other day I had Dave's Killer Cinnamon Raisin bagel and some butter. Tomorrow I think I'll have whole milk Greek yogurt with some blueberries and some honey.

  • I had a rough day, one of those days where you just want to go home and cry and put your pajamas on. I was so tempted to ask someone to meet me for happy hour. But I came home, heated up leftovers, and vented to my husband. I'm proud of myself that I didn't eat my feelings. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

  • Good for you for getting started logging again. I love cheese. I used to make overnight oats all of the time, and I haven't made them in awhile, I'll have to look for some recipes. I like to put protein powder in mine. Hope you had a good day.
  • Hi! I can definitely relate to the anxiety during menopause. Mine has been next level. I find going to the gym really helps.   • Good luck! At least you now have information that can help you to make different choices tomorrow if you need to. Wondering if you can adjust your portion size if you can't make a different plan? Like if you packed a sandwich eat only half so that you will have more calories at dinner?
  • Hi Marypat. I have my yearly physical in July and I want my numbers to look good. I also want to look better in a bathing suit as I am a big water person. And I want to have more energy. I just logged my breakfast.
