Rough Night
Last night I went to visit my parents, which is always anxiety producing. When my mom put a big piece of cheesecake in front of me, I just ate it. But I am going to continue the habit I've developed of tracking everything and weighing myself regularly and hopefully I will be able to change my eating habits.

Blew it a little
I blew it a little last night, I had too much dessert. I made sure I tracked it all and I am going to get back on track today and not let it get me down.

Down 1 pound
I have tracked every day this week and done 3 hours and twenty minutes of exercise. It's starting to pay off, I've already lost a pound and the week's not over. It's such a relief to feel in control of my health again.
