  • The difference I noticed is my side aren’t as chunky in today’s picture as they are in the one two days ago. I feel like I look wider in the older picture as opposed to today’s
  • Top photo being todsy
  • I usually do once a week, yesterday I had one as well. But it’s rare that happens
  • I also notice some progress photos I look larger than others yet I was losing weight. Why is that?
  • That’s gotta be it, cause I’m looking at last weeks progress photos next to this weeks, and I can totally see a difference in my stomach and my muscles. I look slimmer. Gotta be water
  • Right on. I feel great, not too hungry, losing weight in short time! I love this deficit haha
  • I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. How do I know when to take in lower calories
  • I put moderate cause it said that food runners are moderate. Plus I workout 3 times a week.
  • I’m a male, around 5’7, I work at chipotle so my activity level is moderate since I’m Walking like half the day. I got nervous cause some people said it’s a lot. However currently I am down 2 LBS in one week.
  • The one thing I still don’t get is why I would eat back the calories I burned? Like if I burned them won’t eating it back set me back to where I was before I worked out?
  • Makes sense!
  • Yeah I put it as my activity level. Im just planning on lifting weights. Nothing extreme. Just counting calories and exercising
  • Also in that photo I posted above, you would say I’m in a deficit since I ate the correct amount they gave me (plus exercise calories)
  • So let me run this back so I know im understanding correctly, the number they gave me (2640) is the amount I should aim to eat, they already calculated the deficit. Now I SHOULD eat back the exercise calories as well? Sorry I’m very very new at this. Im on my feet for half the day at work (chipotle) so I’m getting some…
  • So it doesn’t already subtract the 500? I put my weight and activity level and it gave me that number. So I have to do the subtractions of what they gave me?
  • So I am essentially eating more than my “goal” calories? That’s where I’m lost haha
