Hi! I am 5’5” and weigh about 270 pounds. I gained about 100 pounds since the pandemic started. Losing 100 pounds is not realistic for me so my goal right now is to get down to 250. But I think we look pretty similar?? How are you losing weight? I have tried everything and nothing works for me :(

I’ll share my goal. I’m currently about 270 pounds and my goal is to get down to 250! I have a lot of tummy fat. My waist is 48 inches and I’d like to shrink it by 3 inches if I can!! It’s really difficult to lose that much tummy fat because it’s so stubborn and hard to lose!!

Like Lietchi said, “toning” just means building more muscle mass. For someone who only weighs 156, it’s unrealistic to expect to lose 30 pounds yet gain muscle. Muscle is denser than fat.
